Professor Teaches Typing

This is a redoing of a previous game I made (originally called Stinkoman Teaches Typing and used sprites from the Homestar Runner website). I changed the copyrighted character to a character of my own. Right now he's simply called the Professor.

The object is to type the letter that is above the robot's head when it gets near you. You'll know the robot's in range when a green dot appears on it.

Thanks to all the peeps at the Homestar Runner Fanstuff Wiki for helping me out here.

Once again, feel free to post high scores as comments.

Eyeball Defender

This is what happens when a lot of sugar, midnight, and a mission all come together to make one big super-game.

Eyeballs. Shooting muffins.

Is there something wrong with me? . . . naaaaaah.

This is my first attempt at a switch game. Spacebar fires. There are five levels. Feel free to post high scores as comments.

Switch Gaming

While checking JayIsGames's post today about the Accessibility Game Programming Competition (Dec. 9) I stumbled upon a website devoted for people with accessibility problems. The website is called One Switch, and they develop games (called Switch games) that use very few buttons during gameplay. There are several games there, and all of the ones I looked at were downloadable.

Why do I post about this? Because, there aren't too many games for people with disabilities, and it's about time that there were. For those of you who are game programmers, keep this in mind. If you have made a switch game (that's G-rated, though I'm not entirely sure how bad a game with only one button could be...), feel free to post it as a comment to this post. I'm planning on making a few myself, and if I start to make enough, I might just start another blog for them.

Have fun,

Disclaimer: Please note that I am a Christian, and that I don't mean to make fun of the Old Testament, but rather to explain it. Also, DO NOT put this on your own website/blog without crediting me, with a link, and each of the people above. Or else I will bite your ankles. That is all.

This blog has been abandoned. My new website is located at PieguyArcade.com. The games located there are of a higher quality than the ones here. Thanks!
